6. Free Exchanges During Trial Period. Our contract includes a liberal exchange policy, that along with the permission of your child's instructor, strives to maintain your child's instrumental interest.

INSTRUMENT RENTAL PROGRAM

Mobile Music of New York has developed a low cost, rent-to-own program, which offers parents the opportunity to try a top name brand instrument for an inexpensive initial trial period. They may then continue renting and make low monthly rental payments towards the cost of the instrument. In due course, the customer obtains ownership of the instrument purely by making their rental payments. In addition, we also offer an early purchase discount throughout the rental. Of course, all customers have the right to return the instrument at any time. Our program is outlined below:

Mobile Music of New York has a flexible rent to own contract. A parent may opt between a substantial cash savings, or a manageable fixed monthly charge after the initial trial period. A way for parents to save money: Large outright purchase option.

At the end of the initial trial period, the customer may purchase their instrument at significant discounted savings. All rental credit is applicable toward purchase.

Mobile Music of New York carries a full range of all the popular name brands, including Yamaha, Selmer, Conn, Armstrong, Gemeinhardt, King, Buffet, Scherl & Roth, Meisel, Lewis, Suzuki, etc.

All our instruments are either new or like-new condition. We pride ourselves on only buying the top name brands and in maintaining the instruments to the highest standard. A large percentage of all instruments rented each year are brand new.

Mobile Music of New York is located in Harriman, New York. We stock a full selection of instruments and accessories and have a top quality repair facility with over 60 years experience. We are able to address all the needs of your schools' instrumental program from these locations as well as through representatives servicing the schools on a regular basis.

Our highly computerized facilities allow us to expeditiously answer and address all your rental, repair, and retail needs.

We provide a very high level of service and quality. The proximity of our locations, as well as the frequency of our servicing, allows us to fully address the music educators' needs along with those of the students in the music program. Our shop doors are always open to welcome our customers, although, we are regularly available to service your needs through the web or our regular school visits.

All customers can exchange to a different instrument during the initial trial period at no charge. Thereafter, there is a modest $10.00 fee for exchanges.

Those customers renting stringed instruments may exchange to a larger size at no charge. Typically, students begin on a ¼ or ½ size violin, and as they grow, they can exchange to larger sizes (free of charge). All rental monies are applicable towards the purchase of a NEW full-size instrument. The same policy applies to violas and cellos. Less than full size rental stringed are not purchasable.

When the student is ready for their full-size instrument, we have an excellent range of German quality instruments available for selection.

All rental fees include maintenance coverage for normal wear and tear.

Our shop is equipped to handle all kinds of repairs on the premises. With over 60 years of experience, no repair whether woodwind, brass, string, or percussion is too big for us to handle. We consistently strive for great quality and excellence.
